Refund Policy

Important: Please read this policy in full before purchasing. All digital product sales are final once files are delivered.

Digital Products: No Refund After Delivery

All purchases of digital products from CyberPolicyPros LLC (including Policy Template Packages, Risk Assessment Templates, Audit Evidence Packages, and any other electronically delivered documentation) are final and non-refundable once the product files have been delivered to your email address or made available for download. Delivery occurs immediately upon successful payment processing.

This policy exists because digital files are delivered instantaneously, cannot be physically returned, and retain their full value after download. By completing your purchase and checking the "I agree to the Terms of Service" box at checkout, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Exceptions: When a Refund May Be Issued

A refund may be issued in the following limited circumstances:

  • Non-delivery due to our technical error. If CyberPolicyPros fails to deliver your files due to a verified technical issue on our end (not caused by an incorrect email address you provided), you are entitled to redelivery or, at your request, a full refund.
  • Material mismatch from product description. If the delivered files are materially and demonstrably different from the product description published at the time of purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original delivery date.
  • Mandatory consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract, including rights under the Maryland Consumer Protection Act.

How to Request a Refund Under an Exception

To request a refund under one of the above exceptions:

  1. Email support@cyberpolicypros.net within 7 calendar days of the original delivery date
  2. Include your order confirmation number in the subject line
  3. Describe the specific reason for your refund request
  4. Attach any supporting documentation (e.g., delivery error message, description of the mismatch)

We will review all refund requests within 5 business days and respond with our determination. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Annual Update Subscriptions

Annual subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription term has begun. If you cancel mid-term, you retain access to all content through the end of the paid billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued for subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account at cyberpolicypros.net/my-account or by emailing support@cyberpolicypros.net.

Documentation Quality Guarantee

Although we do not offer refunds for delivered digital products, we stand behind the quality of our documentation. If your auditor or assessor identifies a deficiency directly attributable to a factual error or structural omission in our delivered documentation within 90 days of purchase, we will revise the relevant documents at no additional charge.
