Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: March 2026

CyberPolicyPros LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. WCAG 2.1 defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

CyberPolicypros.net is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to achieve full Level AA conformance as required under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. § 794d), and applicable accessibility law.

Known Limitations

The following known limitations exist on our site. We are actively working to resolve them:

  • Some images may lack descriptive alternative text. We are auditing all product and page images and adding alt text.
  • PDF product preview documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers. Accessible versions are available on request.
  • Some form validation error messages may not be announced by all screen readers. We are reviewing and updating form fields.
  • Video or multimedia content, if added in the future, will include captions and audio descriptions prior to publication.

Accessibility of cyberpolicypros.net relies on the following technologies for conformance with the WCAG 2.1 standard:
